Chef Dawn Broeder came from humble beginnings. Being raised on her family farm in Waverly, Colorado, Dawn learned to do the majority of the cooking for the hungry crew of farmers and ranchers. She took on the role of the household cook early on, and it was there she developed her passion for cooking farm-to-table, especially on a budget.
Dawn graduated from Colorado State University with a teaching degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and taught at Niwot High School, Englewood Middle School and Fort Collins High School. Culinary was her love and she continued her training by taking courses through Escoffier and The Art Institute of Colorado. Receiving special certificates in Classic Culinary Arts and Cheese Making.
Dawn took a leap of faith and opened a food truck in 2016 – specializing in farm-to-table fresh food. In 2018 she opened Farm Fusion in the Kitchen. It was here Professional Reps discovered Dawn and partnered with her to become their culinary expert and Corporate Chef as well as Territory Manager for Colorado and Wyoming. She helps the hospitality industry make essential equipment decisions by offering demonstrations and training.
