Experience the vibrant flavors of fresh, seasonal ingredients in our Seasonal Produce Selection and Cooking Class at Farm Fusion. This immersive, hands-on class will guide you through creating a variety of dishes that highlight the best produce of the season.
Class Highlights:Farm Fusion Fiesta Salad
- Dive into a colorful and nutritious salad made with seasonal produce such as corn, beans, summer squash, red onion, bell peppers, smoked paprika, and a zesty lime dressing. This vibrant dish showcases the bounty of summer in every bite.
Lavender Shortbread Cookies
- Learn to bake buttery and fragrant cookies that combine the classic shortbread texture with the unique floral notes of fresh lavender. Perfectly paired with a cup of tea or as a light dessert, these cookies are sure to delight your senses.
Greek Delight Chicken Gyros
- Master the art of making delicious chicken gyros, featuring marinated chicken thighs, homemade tzatziki sauce, and fresh vegetables, all wrapped in warm pita bread. This dish brings the flavors of Greece to your kitchen and is perfect for a satisfying meal.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- Price is per person
- You will work with other students in groups of 2-4
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
- All ages over 9 are welcome to attend, each participant must have a ticket
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
- Farm Fusion recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with Dawn before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
