What's New at Farm Fusion
Artisan Bread
Starting in March you can indulge in the aroma and taste of freshly baked artisanal bread and sweet bread from Farm Fusion. From crusty sourdough to soft, sweet, flavorful sweet breads such as chocolate pumpkin bread. Our breads will be made with love and expertise to bring warmth to your table. We will be featuring one artisanal yeast bread and one sweet bread a month. They can be purchased alone, or as part of a "bread-of-the-month club" which will also include one accompaniment, such as a flavored honey from our farm; a fruit butter; or a handcrafted jam. Once you order, instructions will be sent on when and how to pick up your bread. Two pick up sites to choose from, one in North Fort Collins, and one in South Fort Collins. Pick up days are Tuesday and Saturday.
Fruit butters and Jams
Also starting in March we will be offering fruit butters and jams. Savor the sweetness of nature with our luscious fruit butters and jams. Made from ripe, seasonal fruits and simmered to perfection, they're perfect for spreading on toast, pairing with cheese, or adding a burst of flavor to your favorite recipes. This will be offered as stand-alone, or along side the bread-of-the-month club.
handcrafted Spices
Starting in March, Dawn will be offering two handcrafted spices or spice blends made from locally sourced herbs, spices and seasonings. This will be offered as a "spice of the month" club and will include carefully crafted recipes and videos to go along with the spices.
