Cancellation / Refund Policies

• All class registrations are final and non-refundable and must be used for the specific class for which they are purchased. Registrations may be transferred to friends or family if you are unable to attend. Simply forward your confirmation number to them.

• Farm Fusion reserves the right to cancel a class due to inclement weather, low attendance, or unforeseen emergencies. If a class is canceled by Farm Fusion, participants will be notified by phone and email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future class.

Alcohol Policy

Farm Fusion, LLC is licensed by the State of Colorado to sell and serve all alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits.

To protect the safety of our guests and maintain compliance with Colorado liquor laws:

• All guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol

• Valid photo ID is required and will be checked

• No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises

• Alcohol will not be served to anyone who is visibly intoxicated

• Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior

• We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone for safety or legal reasons

Guests who consume alcohol are encouraged to arrange safe transportation. Farm Fusion is not responsible for actions taken by guests after leaving the premises.

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards: Policies and Procedures

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates must be registered in advance in order to be redeemed.

• To use a gift certificate, you must first select a class from the schedule. Because class sizes are limited (12 or fewer participants), classes may fill quickly.

• During checkout, register using the “gift certificate” option if available.
If no gift certificate registration option appears, you must register your gift certificate by emailing, texting, or calling:

• Once registered, the gift certificate is applied to that specific class and date.

• The standard cancellation policy applies to gift certificate registrations.

• At least two weeks’ notice is required to cancel or change a registration for planning purposes.

• Changes within two weeks of the class are not permitted, but registrations may be transferred to another guest.

• No-shows will forfeit the gift certificate.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards do not require advance registration.

• Gift cards can be redeemed directly during online class registration at checkout.

• Gift cards function like a payment method and are applied instantly to your purchase.

Age Requirements

• Most cooking classes are designed for adults ages 16 and older, unless otherwise noted.

• Farm Fusion also offers select classes specifically for kids and teens. Please refer to the class calendar for details.

Food Substitution Policy

• Farm Fusion respectfully declines substitutions or modifications to published menus.

• We are unable to deviate from the menu without impacting the experience of other participants.

• For dietary restrictions or allergies, we are happy to create a private class that can be customized to your needs.
