I wanted to make sure I visited Native Hills Farm in Fort Collins, CO one last time before they closed for the season. They had a few things to choose from, and I narrowed it down to winter radishes; multi-colored carrots; celery root; and a turnip. Now, what to do with them? Here are a couple of fun ideas and recipes. If you have some of my Farm Fusion Blend, try adding that to this recipe and omit the parsley.
