It's getting closer to being a reality. I had a dream to open a teaching kitchen on my Dad's ranch where I could showcase farmers and ranchers and teach people what to do with fresh produce and local meat. My plans started coming together with opening the food truck (working for one year).
I searched for the right design of a barn, found one I loved, and then had to find a builder. The search was on. Found a small, local builder who probably thought I was crazy (actually, I think he still thinks I am crazy come to think of it). We designed the barn together, with much help from my brother. The outside of the barn was complete in May, 2017.
