This class is for anyone ages 10-18 who loves to cook and learn about the farm life The cooking lessons will be based off of what’s available that day, but you can expect to learn: Creative appetizers Pasta from scratch or home made stuffed pretzels Cooking meat on a stick (yakitori) Salad Desserts

About The Event

We need advanced notice in order to prepare.
In this 4 hour mini camp, you will learn all about how to cook with the freshest of ingredients. This is an active, hands-on class taught by a seasoned cook/chef.
You will prepare a 4 course meal from start to finish at your own cooking station (teams of 2-3 at each station). The menu will be emailed to you prior to class. After preparing the food, we will all sit together and eat the meal.
All recipes; equipment; and supplies will be provided. Please dress comfortably and wear close toed shoes.
