Taste of Asia -Sushi and Asian Cooking
Learn how to cook Asian cuisine using time-tested recipes. Asian cuisine includes several major regional cuisines, we will focus on many recipes. Sushi; Vietnamese spring rolls; Chinese dumplings; and a fun dessert. You will make your own rolls and eat all you can at the end of the night.

About The Event
Do you love sushi? This is a great opportunity to learn how to make it yourself. Dawn and a guest sushi chef will teach you all of the basics of sushi making. We will also learn some other delicious Asian recipes, such as Vietnamese spring rolls or Pho; Chinese dumplings; and a dessert.
Feel free to bring along your favorite Saki; wine; or beer if you are over 21. You will not go away hungry!
