Summer Soups, Stews and Pies

Using ingredients gathered from local Fort Collins farms and ranches, we will make a variety of soups, both hot and cold; and, of course, pie!!!

All ingredients are sourced from our farm, or from farms in the area.  Even the spices are from a Fort Collins Spice Shop.  Taste the difference when you learn some mad skills in the kitchen, then turn around and eat everything you have prepared.  All supplies; equipment; recipes; and aprons are provided in the class.  Just dress comfortably and wear close toed shoes so you don't drop a knife on the big toe!
