Everyone will leave with the beginning of their sourdough starter.
Watch a demonstration on making sourdough bread from the starter- we will go through every step.
Watch a demonstration and participate in making sourdough discard recipes, such as crackers, or tortillas. To celebrate October, we will also be making a fall soup and roasted garlic and herb butter. Menu subject to change.
Everyone will take home a pumpkin shaped boule (bring a container such as a baking dish to place your shaped dough).
