A class, where you'll learn to create a sophisticated menu that’s perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself to a gourmet feast. This hands-on class will teach you techniques to prepare a balanced and flavorful meal from start to finish.
Menu (some items are subject to change based off of availability and seasonality):
Whiskey Steak Au Poivre: A perfectly cooked steak with a rich, whiskey-infused peppercorn sauce.
Perfectly Seared Scallops: Golden on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with the steak for a true surf-and-turf delight.
Potato Au Gratin Stacks: Thinly sliced potatoes layered with cream and cheese, baked to golden perfection.

Price includes entry for one individual. It includes equipment use, ingredients, recipes and non-alcoholic beverages. Class registrations are non-refundable, for gift certificate sign ups as well. However, if you can’t attend we will try to help you transfer your registration to another class. It's important to our staffing and resources that we do this 14 days before the class you planned to attend. If it is less than 14 days before the class you are welcome to give or re-sell the class
