About The Event

In this hands-on class, you’ll create a menu that blends cozy comfort food with refined appetizers and sides. From creamy stroganoff to a clever beet starter, you’ll gain techniques you can use again and again in your own kitchen.

Menu:

  • Creamy Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles – A comforting classic with tender beef, earthy mushrooms, and a luscious sauce served over fresh egg noodles.

  • French Onion–Style Melting Onions – Sweet, caramelized onions slow-roasted until meltingly soft and finished with savory broth and herbs.

  • Beet Tartare with Horseradish Cream – A modern vegetarian appetizer featuring roasted beets, capers, and shallots, paired with a creamy horseradish sauce and crostini.

  • Red Wine Poached Pears – Elegant and simple pears gently poached in spiced red wine, finished with a touch of whipped cream.
