Creamy Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles – A comforting classic with tender beef, earthy mushrooms, and a luscious sauce served over fresh egg noodles.
French Onion–Style Melting Onions – Sweet, caramelized onions slow-roasted until meltingly soft and finished with savory broth and herbs.
Beet Tartare with Horseradish Cream – A modern vegetarian appetizer featuring roasted beets, capers, and shallots, paired with a creamy horseradish sauce and crostini.
