We’ll start with a modern twist on a trending appetizer, stroll through the garden to gather fresh veggies for a vibrant salad, roll out fresh pasta dough, and slow-simmer a rich Bolognese sauce. We’ll finish with pistachio gelato—made from scratch—and top it with a steamy pour of espresso for the perfect Affogato finale. Whether you're cooking for family or impressing guests, this menu delivers rustic comfort with elegant flair. Chef Dawn will prepare the sourdough bread and homemade gelato ahead of time- recipes will be in the recipe take-home packet.
