Warm Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia with Fresh Ricotta and Vanilla-Infused Hot Honey
Guests will prepare rustic focaccia dough, infused with rosemary and topped with flaky sea salt, then enjoy it fresh out of the oven. It will be served alongside creamy ricotta cheese, crafted from scratch during the class. To elevate the flavors, we’ll drizzle the ricotta with our farm’s own honey, gently infused with Madagascar vanilla from Rodelle, for the perfect balance of sweet, floral, and savory.
Main Course
Handmade Fettuccine with Brown Butter & Sage Sauce-
Each team will roll and cut fresh sheets of fettuccine, bringing the art of pasta-making to life. The pasta will be finished in a delicate brown butter and sage sauce, a simple yet luxurious pairing. Toasted walnuts add crunch, while spoonfuls of freshly made ricotta provide a creamy finish.
