Italian inspired pesto and cheese making class!!! Come learn how easy it is to make pesto and cheese. We will make four different pestos in class. Fully interactive and hands-on. All herbs come straight from the garden - 4 different types of basil; parsley; lavender; cilantro; mint; and more.

About The Event
Italian inspired pesto and cheese making class!!! Come learn how easy it is to make pesto and cheese. We will make four different pestos in class. All of the ingredients used in the class come directly off of local farms and ranches. We have a honey bee farm in our back field; many local dairy farms within 20 miles; and garden-fresh produce from different farms in Fort Collins. You will be participating in a fully hands-on class. All supplies; equipment; and recipes will be provided and you will take home the recipes along with some cheese to share. All dishes prepared in class will be eaten during the class!
