Ooh la la, Cheese Please!!! Cheese Making 101
This is a fully interactive and learning class. Using fresh goat's milk, and cows milk, we will make 3 different types of cheeses and dishes using the freshly made cheese.

About The Event
This is a fully interactive and learning class. Using fresh goat's milk, along with cows milk from a local farm, we will make soft cheeses: ricotta cheese; mozzarella cheese; burrata cheese; and learn how to make cream cheese - All of the cheese made during class will be used to create delicious appetizers. We will also put together a beautiful cheese and charcuterie platter to be enjoyed by everyone in class. Come with an appetite and a desire to learn about cheese.
All ingredients and equipment needed to make the cheese and appetizers will be provided. Please wear close-toed shoes for safety and dress comfortably.
Our teaching kitchen uses as many local, organic sources, most of them within a radius of 40 miles. We are passionate about leaving less of an impact on our earth and utilizing all of the wonderful sources right in our back yard. Each class is hands-on and fully interactive. Please plan on wearing close-toed shoes and comfortable clothing. We ask that you arrive on time, or a little before the scheduled event as many of the events will start with a hay ride from the designated parking area
