About The Event
This is a fully interactive and learning class. Using fresh goat's milk, along with raw cows milk from a local farm, we will make soft cheeses: cream cheese; ricotta cheese; and mozzarella cheese -
- Mini herb cheese balls;
- Goat cheese crostini with watermelon-beet salsa;
- Capresse salad with fresh mozzarella and basil from the garden
- Beet lemonade
- Plan on taking home some cheese to eat later as you will have plenty to sample during the class.
All ingredients and equipment needed to make the cheese and appetizers will be provided. Please wear close-toed shoes for safety and dress comfortably.
