About The Event
In this class we will focus on Elk and Deer.
Menu:
- Elk or Deer Loin with a Blackberry Sauce
- Perfect Mashed Potatoes

- Chicken Fried Deer or Elk with Cream Gravy

Along with the ingredient list, recommendations for wine and beer pairings will be sent if you care to partake. Once registered, you will recieve the complete ingredient and equipment list.
