Farm Fusion In The Kitchen
Seasonal meat cookery. Perfect for the cook who wants to learn new ways to cook different types of meat. We will work with organic beef, chicken, and pork. Learn to roast, grill, braise, and stir-fry. We will pair our meat courses with side dishes fresh from the bounty of the garden.

Class is open to anyone from 8 on up (children under 15 need to be accompanied by an adult class member)
Wine and Beer are not provided, but can be brought to class if over 21. Recommendations of pairing will be emailed prior to class.
Farm Fusion is on a working ranch nestled between two beautiful lakes and rows of corn and alfalfa fields in north Fort Collins, close to Budweiser.
