This workshop focuses on the magic of making pizza from scratch using fresh-picked ingredients. It’s highly interactive and keeps kids moving.
Farm Time: A visit to the coop to collect fresh eggs and time to pet and brush the goats.
The Harvest: Kids head to the garden to harvest ingredients for their homemade pizza.
The Kitchen Lab:
Focaccia Pizza: Each guest will get their own foccacia dough to trasform into a pizza. We will use ingredients from the garden, and homemade cheese from Chef Dawn.
