About The Event
Learn the basics of knife skills, julienne; batonnet; mince; chop; dice; and slice. Producing great dishes with your new-found skills : Salsas fresh from garden produce; Stir fry or spatchcock using farm-raised, organic chicken; Variations of the traditional French fry; sweet potato fries; beet fries; zucchini fries!!! Not only will you learn new skills, you will make and eat many different items and take home extras.
This ticket includes the cost of all ingredients and the use of supplies. Non-alcoholic drinks are provided. You may bring your own beer/wine if over 21.
Kids Ticket - ages 7-18
Kids are welcome to join in with a paying adult.
