About The Event
Learn the basics of knife skills:
Julienne, batonnet, slice, dice, chop and mince
● Salsas and chutney fresh from garden produce;
● Stir fry using farm-raised, organic chicken or learn to spatchcock
● Variations of the traditional French fry (sweet potato fries; beet fries; zucchini fries!!!)
Learn the basics of marinating; making a sauce; and finishing a beautiful dish.

Knife Skills
This ticket is good for one person, ages 18 and over. Includes instruction, recipes, and all equipment and supplies necessary to complete a hands-on cooking class. Guests eat what they prepare in class.
