Students will learn the basics about desserts and make four recipes:
Brownies, Bars and Squares
Cakes, Cupcakes
Cookies
Crisps, Cobblers
Frozen Desserts
Fruit Desserts, Compotes
Icings and Frostings
Pies, Tarts
Recipes will include at least two of the above categories.
