Farm Fusion In The Kitchen
Ages 10 - 18. Starting with knife skills; second class will be "Cooking Main Dishes" Asian Cooking; and third class will be "Just Desserts". Class one has concluded, but each class can be taken independently. Class two will be about main dishes and home made cheese.

About The Event
This is the second class in a 3 class series: Main Dishes - Cooking With Meat and Vegetables
Students will learn how to cook with different meats: Pork, Beef, and Chicken. Braising; roasting; grilling; and stir frying will be discussed.
Recipes could include: Braised pork ribs with garlic mashed potatoes; Beef Yakitori with grilled asparagus; Buffalo glazed chicken wings with baked french fries.
