No experience necessary in this fun, interactive evening out!
Cooking Class Description: You will roll fresh pasta, fill ravioli with lobster, and fold them in with a delicious white wine sauce. We’ll create a flavor-packed crostini that will delight all your senses.

- Lobster Ravioli with White Wine Beurre Blanc
- Crostini with Whipped Ricotta, Hot Honey, and Grilled Palisade Peaches
- Fresh Pasta Dough
Along with the ingredient list, recommendations for wine and beer pairings will be sent if you care to partake. Once registered, you will recieve the complete ingredient and equipment list.

Please note, once registered you can only change the status of your registration by emailing Farm Fusion at farmfusion@yahoo.com and you must make any changes at least 3 weeks prior to class. Within the 2 week period all registrations are final and non-refundable but can be transferred to a different guest. Sorry, but missed classes can’t be made up.
