Farm House Creations

Learn all about how to cook with the freshest of ingredients. This is an active, hands-on class taught by a seasoned cook/chef.

There will be no processed foods here!!! We will use all of the freshest ingredients straight from our local farms and ranches. The honey is farmed about 2 miles from the barn; the milk used to make the cheese comes from local dairy farms; the vegetables are all grown within 20 miles; and the spices are sourced from a local downtown shop. Learn how to make a soft cheese; exciting tapas; kale salad; salad dressings; and a dessert. There will be at least 5 recipes taught, sometimes more!!! There is always a little bit of adventure in every class, whether that be learning a new skill; learning about some new health benefits; competing for the "best" dish of the class; or simply just enjoying it all!! You will be emailed directions once you register. Our farm is located in Northern Fort Collins.
