Celebrate the best of Fort Collins with a hands-on pasta-making experience that brings the farm straight to your fork! Using eggs from our own Farm Fusion hens, locally sourced milk for fresh ricotta, Hazel Dell mushrooms, and farm-fresh sausage, you'll craft exquisite handmade ravioli from scratch. Learn the art of making fresh pasta dough, create rich and flavorful fillings, and pair your creations with a bold vodka sauce and a garden-fresh salad featuring produce straight from our farm.
