In this date-night class, you will practice stirring a creamy risotto infused with the flavors of chardonnay and peas. We will teach you how to prepare chicken in a new way—For a sweet finale, we will cleanse our palates with wine and hibiscus poached pears, topped with a rosé sorbet.

About The Event
This is a "hands-on" cooking class for adults filled with learning, cooking, and eating. All ingredients, equipment, and supplies will be provided. You just need to show up with a willingness to learn new skills, and meet new people. Let's cook with wine!
Saltimbocca actually means "jump into the mouth." which is exactly what you will want - chicken wrapped in sage and prosciutto and then quickly sautéed. Learn the art of making a creamy risotto with pecorino, peas and chardonay. We will end the evening with a glorious combination of a victoria sponge, lemon drizzle cake and a buck's fizz cocktail, this cake is ideal for a special occasion or simply to have with your afternoon tea.
