About The Event
Learn how to make a quick and easy homemade cheese. While you are learning the art and science behind cheese making, you will get to taste some locally made artisan cheeses. I will walk you through the different techniques used to make each one. At the end of class, you will leave with some simple recipes to try at home and will have the opportunity to purchase cheese making supplies from Farm Fusion. You will sample the cheese you make, turn it into a quick appetizer, and take home the left overs to share with our loved ones at home. Feel free to bring your favorite cheese drinking wine or beer if you are over 21, or enjoy simple beverages at the farm.
Learn all about how to cook with the freshest of ingredients. This is an active, hands-on class taught by a seasoned chef.
