Cheese, Cheese, and Tapas Please! (1)
Using farm fresh milk (both goat and cow), you will learn how to make 3 different soft cheeses- ricotta; mozzarella; and cream cheese. We will use the freshly made cheeses to create some unique appetizers that you will want to re-create many times over. Only the freshest ingredients will be used.

About The Event
Join us on the farm for a fun afternoon of cheese making and cooking. Using farm fresh milk, you will learn how to make three different soft cheeses: ricotta; mozzarella; and cream cheese. Using the freshly made cheese we will make three appetizers and one dessert: All of our ingredients are sourced from local farms and ranches. Menu items might change due to availability of product, but we will email you first. Classes fill up fast - only 10 spots. Refunds can be given in full 24 hours after signing up for a class. 14 days before a class partial refunds can occur; withing the 14 days of class there will be no refunds, but we will gladly transfer your class to a friend or family member if something comes up.
Goats, cheese and tapas please
Price includes all ingredients and equipment necessary to prepare 4 dishes. Classes are taught by chefs and/or experts in the field. Please wear close-toed shoes for safety and dress comfortably.
