In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of crafting authentic Beef Pho — Vietnam’s most beloved noodle soup — complete with rich broth, fresh herbs, and thinly sliced beef. Or, learn how to prepare vegetarian Pho - rich in nutrients and flavor (you choose during registration) As you chop, simmer, and season together, you'll meet new people and share a memorable meal.
