This is a class where you will learn how to make homemade cheese and practice some basic knife skills. Most ingredients recipes; equipment are all included. Learn how to make goat and cow's farmer's cheese and cheese curds. Schedule within a year from purchase.

About The Event
Curious about how to make cheese? We will make cheese in less than an hour. There are so many different dishes you can create using these freshly made cheeses, but we will focus on making the homemade cheese, and creating a delicious cheese and charcuterie platter to enjoy during class.
Gather your group and sign up, or purchase as a gift. Price includes all recipes, instructions, supplies and equipment. Cheese making kits will be mailed to one address once ticket is purchased and contact information is given. The kit includes; slotted spoon; cheese cloth; mesophillic culture; rennet; and the recipes. Emails will be sent once we have enough interested registrations.
