Keto Diet

Decided to start researching a little more about the Keto diet. I like what I am reading!!! So..... now to test some recipes and come up with some of my own. I just tried a delicious grilled cheese sandwich which I will be making again and again!!! Grilled Cheese - Keto style!!! 1 head of cauliflower 1 egg 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese 2 tsp fresh herbs of your liking (I used basil, oregano and parsley) 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic salt Cheese (your choice, but I chose a good quality sharp cheddar - which I actually made :) 1 tsp butter Rinse the cauliflower and trim off the greens.
